Leadership minded people posses the following traits : perfectionism, driven and overachieving. Try to minimize complications by understanding that your goal should be to try to please everyone but at the end of the day you will have missed someone. These variables are reoccurring and as you understand your business and client base better it will be easier to control. An easy way to stay on your path is to review your brand and business plan as needed. Understanding that the foundation will stay the same but you will have to be flexible as outside variables effect your business. This will help gain market insight.

When trying to accomplish goals the focus should be on the most efficient and direct way. Not doing the right research on the right outlet/or method can cause you to waste time and money. Do not get nervous if there is not instant success, it can take some time.
